Mehndi + Sangeet

Indian weddings are known to be elaborate, colorful, festive, immersive and fun filled.  With multiple day events, our favorites have been Mehndi and Sangeet.  These events typically kick off the wedding festivities and usually take place a day before the wedding.

The word “Sangeet“ means music. Sangeet event translates to music night or musical party.  It is at the Mehndi and Sangeet events where the couple, their families and guests enjoy the night amidst a lot of dancing, great music, henna application and delicious food.  The vibe and feel is more relaxed and guests are partaking fully in the celebration. 

Our clients have gone all out with entertainment flown from India, England and Canada.  Usually there are live singers, bands, renowned DJ’s and major focus on these events is on the entertainment aspect and families and guests dance the night away. Over the years we have had the pleasure to produce some memorable Mehndi and Sangeet events for our esteemed clients.
