Rashaun's Cardinal & Gold Celebration

It’s graduation season and we had the honor of planning the college graduation for Rashaun at our client’s private residence in Calabasas. He graduated in the morning from the University of Southern California in International Relations. In the spirit of the Trojans, a cardinal and gold celebration is a must.

After a design walk thru at the house, we knew we wanted to utilize the entire backyard space so we built a tent and everything was centered around the USC’s colors. Over 80 guests arrived in style and were greeted by a red carpet with a beautiful balloon display which led them to the backyard and beautiful view.

As they entered the space, they were greeted by a hookah lounge and the most unbelievable private sport car collection housed in my clients garage that looks like a showroom. 

For starters, we had fresh sushi made on-site at the sushi station and tray passed appetizers.

Under the tent, we stationed the bar with the valley as a backdrop and a 'Fight On' Margarita as the specialty cocktail.

The DJ played all of Rashaun's favorite music with and LED booth rotating pictures of family and friends over the years. 

Fire dancers entertained the guests throughout the evening.

Dinner was served which was an elaborate Indian display with the crowd favorites such as chicken tikka masala and palak paneer.

The night ended with a lot of dancing, drinks, sweets to celebrate years of Rashaun’s hard work. Congratulations to Rashaun!
