An Elegant & Ethereal Reception
Karishma and Sohail wanted an elegant and ethereal reception with white and gold color palette. To make the space look intimate and yet not too crowded, middle section of the ballroom was used. Ballroom was draped in white with white linens, white dance floor with gold monogram of the couple. Serpentine tables were placed around the dance floor to accommodate both families facing each other.
In order to bring a little color, Nikki suggested to keep the sweetheart, cake table and backdrop in light blush to bring a little color and that worked beautifully. Karishma and Sohail changed for reception for their second look and both looked absolutely glamorous. Grand Entrance was announced by Sohail’s daughter who also made a heartfelt speech. Couple did their choreographed first dance and amidst some lovely moves managed to entertain their guests. Evening started with Karishma’s father making a welcome toast with speeches from Best man and Maid of honor in between the four course meal. After cake cutting, DJ managed to bring high energy in the room with most guests on the dance floor for most of the night. At last this exquisite evening came to an end with most guests flying back to their destinations the next day.
