Dinner with Priyanka Chopra

A few weeks ago we were approached by Angeleno Magazine to plan and design a soirée honoring Priyanka Chopra for gracing the cover. Need less to say we did not hesitate as we have always been huge fans of the magazine as well as Ms. Chopra. We had about two weeks to plan this dinner which was taking place at Montage Beverly Hills in the patio of Georgi Restaurant.

On the quick design walk thru, we decided to do one long table as well as create a small intimate area for cocktail Hour. Since we were going to hedge the patio, Nikki decided to do green table linen with accents of gold. Smokey mirrors were placed on top of the long tables bearing Apple green linen and custom chair covers in beige and gold were paired with the table.
Chargers on the table were layered with plain glass chargers as an under plate and another porcelain charger on top. Custom napkins, menus and place cards in gold color were placed atop chargers for a cohesive look. Flowers in sherbet color palette and candles by Grand Eclair further enhanced and heightened the drama. Once candles were lit the end result was decadent, romantic and super elegant.
Priyanka was accompanied by a close group of friends and soon after guests took their seats, she said a few words. The evening proved to be a huge success with beautiful ambiance, delicious food, lot of laughter and lovely company.
